Panel interview with 7-8 people. Very serious, yet welcoming atmosphere. Writing test at the end. Very organized and not too long. I was contacted via email originally to set up the interview about two weeks after my USAjobs referral. After the interview, I was told they would get back to me in about two weeks (which, surprisingly for the government, they actually did)
