Ensure that all interview answered are structured correctly and just be yourself. Interview them as they interview you.

2) Site reaches out for additional behavioural interviews
3) On-site with all day interviews varying from technical and behavioural. Technical focused on basics of distillation, hydraulics, and some reactions.

3- steps, not to difficult. There is a behavior interview, followed by a technical interview, the the closing interview with a technical head at the site. Intimidating, but the questions were not to bad at all
