The interview was very laid back. The interviewer started out by talking about herself and the projects she had been a part of throughout her career at Exxon. She went over my resume and asked me some questions about my experiences, but nothing out of the ordinary. She finished the interview by asking me whether I wanted to work in the upstream or downstream industries and if I had any preferences as far as location.
