I applied for the Travel agent position, but in the meantime, they also opened the Team Lead position so I was interviewing for both of them. The initial interview was over the phone with the HR person which was quite hectic as she couldn't tell me any specific information about the jobs, but wanted to do a background check. After she invited me for an online interview with her and the Team Lead, which they conducted in Spanish. (Both of the jobs offers were in English, with no mention of the need for Spanish, and all the email communication was in English as well)- they said they want to hear my Spanish because if I want to be a team leader it would be helpful. They could at least give me a heads up to prepare for it. After I learned that the TL position is for night shifts only (6 pm-9 pm till 3 am-6 am) I refused to continue in that process, but still continued with the Travel Agent. Had another interview with the Sales Manager, she was a delight! I really enjoyed the interview with her, she was friendly and professional and it was an enjoyable process. But I also found out that the Travel Agent position is currently just for the American market, so afternoon and night shifts (not combined with day shift, just afternoon and night). In the end, the HR manager was trying to call me several times to say that they want to offer me the position. I asked her to send me the offer and the conditions as those were never discussed, but she said she didn't have time for it and instead kept calling me about my availability to start the job. In the end, I declined the offer as I felt that the whole process was quite weird and the HR approach was very pushy for me. I found it quite tricky that they didn't mention the working times in the job description before applying, as I would save the time for them and to myself and wouldn't even apply. Overall I liked the Team Lead and really enjoyed the interview with the Sales Manager, but the HR process was messy and pushy.

Submitted a CV through indeed. Was selected for an interview. Turned up to the office and was told the HR representative was going to be late because of the rain. Chatted about the company with two employees for half an hour when I was told the HR representative wasn’t coming. Emailed to reschedule and received an email two days later saying I was no longer being considered. Confused and disappointed.
