For an entry-level interview, it was pretty standard fare. I was asked about my previous employment, why I left my last job, and then just talked with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes as we got to know each other better. It seemed like he had made his decision about hiring within the first 3 minutes and was just interested in getting to know me better as an individual.
