My friend referred me at Redback Networks Division of Ericsson. I had 1 technical phone interview followed by a full-day face-to-face interview.
Overall, the interview process was very good. I was in touch with a Recruiter all the time.
One should brush up their C, data structures, algorithms, computer networking skills, synchronization problems and rehearse talking about projects on your resume.

The interview consisted of questions on C Pointers, linked lists, data structures (trie), simple routing question (steps involved when you ping say yahoo.com), lots of questions on projects on my resume, tell me a tough problem in your past experience, how could you have done something better.
