Two short one on one interviews with different financial advisers and a final interview was with one of your previous advisers and the head adviser. AXA has a very professional atmosphere so wearing a suit and being properly groomed is a must. Also, you must sell yourself in these interviews and show them that you are a people person and enjoy selling and interacting with many different type of people. The advisers are extremely money driven and will expect you to work around 60 hours a week when you first start off. New advisers must also create a list of 150 people who is on their natural market and must try to sell to their friends and family.
