I was contacted by an Epicor recruiter who found me through LinkedIn. Her initial contact was through email and from there we set up a phone interview. She then recommended me to the hiring manager who I spoke to on the phone. I also had a phone interview with his manager. At this point both of them agreed to send me an offer letter.

Had a screening with HR to review resume and do an initial interview. Had interview with two other managers remotely and was hired. Onboarding took a couple months but started process in February and started in April.

Process had 3 phases, assigned a HR specialist to walk through process. Very easy. Never let the ball drop, kept engaged throughout the entire time from first interview to first day.
Initial call with recruiter who sounded out your background to see if you were a good fir for the next stage. Then with hiring manager and following that with their senior. All very quick and excellent feedback!
