30 minute phone interview- introducing yourself to the recruiter, they tell you about epic/the role, they tell you about Madison, ask if you are willing to relocate, ask what your 3-5 year goals are Online assessments- nothing to really study for, just basic critical thinking questions, coding questions-this was the first time I ever saw code and I still got a final interview On site: dinner with an employee, day of tours/interviews: you learn about the company, about the role, take a tour, get lunch, do an HR interview, a case question, and then a coding assessment (just to get a baseline of what they need to teach you) Very pleasant experience and great company!
