It was strategic and not so difficult. All we need is design thinking approach towards a problem and a strategic mind to approach a solution to any kind of problem. Mostly case studies were asked in the interview. Less of techinical expertise and more of subject knowledge is expected for this role in this company. The overall experience was very new and challenging because of the nature of the questions posed to me. It felt like answering the questions and taking feedback from the panel as everything seemed to be oriented around design thinking process.
