30min background call with recruiter going over experience (recruiter was helpful in explaining the specific experiences they were looking for). Then 1 hour interview with hiring manager (VP of Prod). Both are very nice and genuine people. However, never received word on advancement/rejection even after a follow up (6 weeks later).
