A couple general questions about the contents of your resume and your experience. A good talk about what are possible situations that you could be put in at work. Eventually was brought in for a tour to see the plant.

Good process - had good communication and went through a lot of details about the background of the company and its future plans. Schedule was a little tight. People were extremely friendly and took the time to review things with me. it was organized but a bit too jammed.

Applied through course job site after career fair, contacted for interview within the week. Over all a fast process so I cant complain. I interviewed onsite with Value stream manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and then I had a tour after. I think i was discontinued because of personality mismatch.

Steer clear. Toxic culture. High turn-over. Not trustworthy. Chaotic. Leadership not aligned. Not transparent. Poor communication. Poor follow-up. Disorganized interview process. Misleading information regarding organization. Steer clear.

I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the staff who is supposedly going to report to me at the same time. The interviewers did not introduce their background, organization or the role and jumped right into asking pre-written questions. The questions were for a junior level hire, certainly not for a Manager level role. Did not leave much time for me to ask questions at all. I was thinking of cutting this disgrace really short, but just went with it, unfortunately.... waste of time. They did not even have the courtesy of informing of their decision: just radio silence.

Met at career fair and set up standard 30 minute interview. Very relaxed 1 on 1 conversation with employer. Asked which part of the company I would like to be with.

The interview was multiple people. HR, then Engineering and Production. Despite spending almost 4 hours on site, I never heard back. Not even a rejection email. Very low class

I signed up for an interview through my university, and the interview took place with someone from HR. Overall, the questions were fairly standard interview questions; however, with some of the questions, I had to answer a lot of follow-up questions. It was fairly informal and at times felt like a conversation.

Pretty standard process, applied online via company website. Took a few weeks for a phone interview with someone in Wisconsin corporate office. This was around the holidays so waited a couple of weeks to check back and was asked for onsite interview with hiring manager, HR, etc. This seemed like more of a token interview though. Didn't seem engaged during interview; drove 6 hours round trip for less than 1 hour group interview. Interviewed really seems to focus on cultural fit over my skills and qualifications. Followed up with HR person a couple of weeks after interview and no response via email or phone; been almost 2 months with no word and position is still up on company website. Guess I wasn't a big enough gear head/shade tree mechanic for their team.

I was connected with Actuant at a National sales Competition and then the process took 1+ month. After that there were 4 different interviews. 3 1:1 interviews and 1 group interview.
