The hiring process in a nutshell is contradicting and confusing at best. Had the interview directly with hiring manager through 3rd party. The interview was positive and ended with a promise that I would be contacted in the next couple weeks after team members are back from vacation. The next day, I got an automated rejection email and never had an explanation from the company. Reached out to 3rd party came nowhere.
