The people I got to chat with seemed like they had no interest in what I was trying to explain and, also, it gave me the impression that I have already gotten “a label”. They were mostly stuck with a certain thing, questioning my motivation and answers and, thus, for me everything was really awkward. The interview was also rushed, I felt as if I was on the clock to make myself more interesting to an already uninterested party. I should have known that the process is weird because they state on their website that they give you an assignment, but, to my complete shock when I opened the link, it was an extra GMAT test. That you have to complete in less than 12 minutes and there were a lot of questions. It’s 2023, “Decision making” skills do not come out of a maths and logics test. Don’t even get me started in how they “give feedback”. They don’t. They say that the “competition” did better than you and that at “this stage” they don’t provide individual feedback. Even if the job is for someone at the start, it’s, from what they have described, one of a lead’s, only that it’s most likely that you will not get that title. Conclusion: absolute waste of time. You’re being rushed and judged for nothing.
