A recruiter found me, HR was very receptive after an initial interview. I had an inperson interview scheduled within a week. There were many rounds of interviews with all levels of employees. Also a writing test and personality test. They were very willing to work around my schedule and for each round provided multiple times to meet.

What are some of the reasons that you have been rejected for a new business deal?
The interview process was long and arduous. There were probably 6-7 interviews with HR and various people who work in the same practice. I didn’t interview with the person who would be my manager until the last round. Be sure to get any promises made during the process put in your employment contract otherwise it will not be honored even if you produce the correspondence.

What is your superpower and why would it be a value add?
Job description did not align with actual role. The hiring manager was very helpful and transparent however. It was a pleasant conversation. The expectations were clearly laid out of the interview process, timing, and role.
Short and a little disorganized but this was a few years ago now. Everyone was kind and smart and the office was nice. There was a little bit of hurry up and wait to the process. But that's not unusual.
