Entrevista
Interview process was very well organized. Received an email which made sure I knew the position required relocation. Phone interview was scheduled for a few days later. Phone interview was simple behavioral questions. After that was invited to headquarters for a network dinner and interview. They paid for travel and lodging. Was reimbursed day of interviews. Network dinner was laid back and informative. Got to speak with current individuals in the program and upper management. Interview process was well organized. Consisted of three 45 minute interviews with three different individuals all asking three behavioral questions. No technical questions. The proceeded with tour of facility and lunch paid for by Eaton. Found out results a week later. Make sure you know the company! Make sure you ask questions! Make sure you show enthusiasm!

Nothing really. Basic behavioral based questions. Make sure you are prepared using STAR.
Many interview rounds ending in unreasonable rejection. No valid reason specified for rejection even though extremely good feedback in all rounds. Even after constantly enquiring, no appropriate feedback. Also, visa sponsorship issues raised after final round even though it was clarified to not be an issue multiple times in the initial stage.

Entrevista
The first interview is over the phone and they contacted me by the end of the day to schedule in the in person interview for the following week. They arranged for the flight and hotel and had you scheduled for the interview event in the first half or second half of the work day. They provided lunch and allowed you to connect with current employees in the lunch room. After lunch they brought everyone up to a conference room where your interview schedule was provided. There are two one-on-one interviews with managers and during down time you can speak with current participants of the leadership development program. The interviews did not include any technical questions.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of one phone interview with the hiring manager and then one on-site interview held at the Cleveland Ohio headquarters. The process from phone interview to on-site interview took two weeks, the response after the on site interview took another two weeks.
