Primeiro enviamos o currículo e depois tivemos um meeting onde fizemos atividades de grupo e entrevistas rápidas. No fim, fazemos entrevista com Partner onde apresentamos o nosso currículo e respondemos a questões de hobbies, etc.
Online, 40 minuten, sehr basic Fragen bzgl. Verfügbarkeit, Belastbarkeit, etc. War ziemlich schnell klar, jeder kommt rein und die Arbeit wird mehr "Braindead" als wirklich was beizutragen. Jedoch lief alles sehr schnell, nur 1 Gespräch und anschliessend kam der Vertrag.
