A simple interview process for the role. Estimated 20 mins for essay writing, following by 1-hour group interview session (grouped with 5 persons). The interviewers (2 managers) was friendly to us and the vibe of the whole session was good.

What challenges did you face and were you able to manage it? How?
Simple group interview (5 candidates to one interviewer], asked about year of graduation and motivations for joining. Interviewer was impressed and I received the internship offer within a few hours after the interview.
The EY assurance intern process involves an online application, cognitive/situational assessments, and a video interview. Finalists attend an Experience Day featuring a group case study and back-to-back behavioral interviews with partners.

What is the difference between Cost model and Revaluation model?
Phone screen with recruiter then an interview with a senior manager and a partner. Chill interview, they ask a lot of behavioral questions. Just have a list of questions before hand and you will be good.
