I am so diaappointed by the hiring process of EY. I was called for the interview and it was said the entire process will be of one day only. I cleared all 3 rounds of interview . The process took the entire day. At the end of the day one of the interviewers told me to go home and they will organize another round of interview on telephone which will be the last round. I didnt receive any calls.After 3 weeks of consistently askinhnfor feedback on mails and all . I got a call for the last round of interview which was yet to be held in the next 2-4 days. On the 4 day i receieved a call saying the management has put your candidature on hold as the project requirements has changed.May be there will be a completely new project with new skillsset. I was so disappointed. Why they wasted my entire day and 3 weeks just to say this. This is such a big company with so little management skills.
