Telephone interviews - 2 rounds of screening
Face to face interview, group panel interview , included going out for lunch and taking some questions during lunch . Telephone screening rounds horrendously tricky. Have to be well prepared especially for competency based scenario questions
Very good experience with a focus on candidate being a good fit more than anything. No tricky questions and very conversational in both stages. And the interviews were one on one.

After VC screening they call you and have a little chat, after 2 rounds of interviews with hiring manager and HR BP. They send out offer usually 1-2 days after and then another round of negotiation for the salary and perks

It was a very relaxed process. I was invited by a recruiter to submit my CV. 3 days later I received an email advising After initial screening, my details had been reviewed by the Talent Acquisition and Attraction Team. I was then offered a interview via teams which was more of an informal chat to get to know me, what I’m currently working on and how I would fit in the team. A few weeks later I had a follow up chat with the team partner, similar to that above via teams and I was then offered the job in under 48 hours.
