Entrevista
EXL visited NIT Surat in July 2013. Hiring process had 4 rounds,
1. Online test : It consisted of 50 questions based on Aptitude, Logic and Reasoning, Language.
2. Group Discussion : candidates were selected randomly to make group of 8-10, topic was given and we had to discuss and come up wit a solution to it.
3. Interview : It consist of mostly puzzles and case study. your answer wont matter, they were looking for the thought process. Also included basic questions like "Introduce yourself" and inquired about projects I've done, basically all tiny details of my resume were questioned.
4. Interview (1 case study and HR) : The interviewer started wit tiny indroduction and followed by my hobbies, and then 1 question, mentioned below.

They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
