Incompetence from this company! I was originally rejected by this company at the application stage only for then to be given an interview when I asked for feedback. It turns out the hiring staff were capable of analysing the CVs related to the role properly and an administrator was very kind to help me with a second chance. I completed the interview to be through to the final stage only to be told that the role had been shouldn't have been advertised in the first place?? There seems to be incompetence and miscommunication in the hiring process at multiple levels.

I had two rounds of interviews that started with personal questions and then a case study. Two interviewers in each interview. They would usually take inspiration from a past project when developing the case study. Overall very friendly.
