you first apply online then do situational tests including verbal and numerical reasoning test. If this goes well comes the phone interview. this is where they get to know more about you. one thing about the phone interview I did not like was that it was more of what can you bring to the table. the whole interview was asking situational question and they asked questions about what you know about the company, there annual reports and there competitors. Felt more like an exam then an interview.
