Online Ability Testing Followed.
Received an update on my application on Christmas Day which I felt was extremely unacceptable on EDF's behalf. At the end of what was already a difficult and challenging year, receiving an email with no feedback on Christmas Day I felt was very unprofessional. Could the email not have waited a day or two?
EDF soon followed up with an 'apology' email, stating that it was inappropriate to send an update on this day of the year, stating that they were available for further contact to provide further support if needed, and that they were genuinely sorry. However this email had multiple spelling mistakes in, leading me to believe the email was infact rushed, and not genuine on their behalf.
In regards to the further support, I emailed them asking for some feedback on my application at the very least, and all they said was that 'unfortunately we are unable to provide any further feedback' due to the volume of applications they receive. The fact that they said they were available to provide 'further support' however all I received was an auto-generated email which lacked feedback and constructive criticism leads me to believe that EDF are not a company that values their applicants and graduates.

Entrevista
1) Online application form with SJT. 2) Online tests: standard stuff; do lots of practice online. 3) Phone interview: competency based; research the competencies, predict their questions, have concise examples demonstrating achievement organised in STAR format.
