I have applied online for a .net developer. I was recruited for a front-end position. During the interview I have said about the mistake and they have rescheduled the interview. On the next interview, the interviewer said that I my current employer sucks and he was distracted by two people that were chatting outside (he told me this). The whole interview I felt like the interviewer did not really pay attention to me ... he was amusing himself the whole time

At first, it was skype interview. The interviewer was unprofessional at all, she sat and dressed casually. Not good first impression to this company. She was typing when I was talking, I felt I was not respected. She did not give constructive response, I felt like she didnt want to continue the interview.

I was intereviewd by the CTO. The interview was in English and the duration was 45 minutes. He started with questions about my past and why I had been set up for a career change. The rest of his question were targeting to explore my technical skills and relevancy of my experiences. I followed up with questions about the company's operations and the workflow of the position. His answers were proffesional, detailed and somewhat informal. The interview completed with a quite friendly discussion about the life in the city were we had been both recently relocated.

Esxtremely accurate, professional and diligent, very well done! First contact established through Skype, then a panel interview in the HeadQuarter HR, with several Managers, including the CEO, the CFO, the CTO. It took the whole day and at the end of it a test to double check confidence with numbers, figures and logic.

The interview process was very thorough, lengthy, yet informal. After about 4 phone/Skype chats with HR (one of those including an on-the-spot logic test), managers, peers and the CEO I got invited for a round of interviews on site. I spent quite a few hours in the offices and Dreamlines gave me ample of opportunity to get a good feel for the business, the colleagues and the general atmosphere in the Hamburg office. Throughout the process, HR was always available for questions and I found all people involved very professional and straightforward. Also, I appreciated the speed of the process.

I have been called as a pre filter the second step is an other interview with the operational team you will have a case study to do and finally a last interview with the head of the departement.
Questions where regular like explain your professional experiences... but the person on the phone had already made his decision so it was a little bit awkward trying to convince someone not very much interested.

I applied online. The process took less than 2 weeks. I had a 20 min phone call and then an interview in Hamburg. I was presented to the head of department and two other colleagues. The atmosphere was relaxed and nice.
