I did 2 over the phone interviews. I got a call to meet with the district manager for a interview. I met with him then he said I would get a call from regional & one other person if I was to get hired. I have played phone tag with regional for a month but was able to touch base yesterday. They do 5 weeks of training for a store manager. So they set you up in a hotel for 5 weeks where you train at your closest training store and can go home on the days your not scheduled to work. Your eligible for 401K a month after your hire. After one year the company with match 100% of your contribution.

They bait and switched me. I applied for store manager, was interviewed on the phone for that position but when I had an in person interview was told there wasn't a store available for me to manage and they were interviewing to "keep on the side benches". I was offered a "potential manager" position, which was hourly and at a lower rate. Said position would keep me rotating between stores until one opens. When I asked about a timelines they say it might take 3 to 6 months, but maybe more or less. The emphasis was put on the more.
