Very easy, must be knowledgeable about customer service and exude an autonomous and sales driven attitude. Must be very friendly and enthusiastic about how you will present products based on emotion towards the consumer. Must be very organized and timely with sales outcomes. Use creativity based upon selling procedures.

It was a two part interview that lasted a total of 1.5 hours. It was fairly easy to say the least. But I like talking a lot so it didnt seem very long. It may not be like this everywhere .

The cosmetic Manager, Ops manager, and Store manager are amazing. They made me feel welcome and made me very happy to part of the cosmetic team. I have noticed that all 3 of them are very open to new ideas and look forward to what I can do to my counter.

Got hired immediately they are desperate. Turn around is very high. I should of researched the company. They asked me basic questions. For cosmetics if you have experience you will get hired very easily. I had a total of 3 interviews. 2 on one day and came back for the last.
