      Entrevista

      I had a good First Interview with the HR. On the second interview though, I was put under pressure many times. The guy moved from getting to know me, into proving that I was inexperienced and wrong. The moment he walked into the room, he asked me about my age to make sure that I'm not another 16 years old faking resumes. The guy was in a hurry and said he had to go many times through the interview, His body language showed a huge lack of attention and stress throughout the whole 2hour interview. He just didn't want to be there, which resulted me into feeling unwelcome and unwanted even before starting to speak. He kept judging me many times. He Judged me to be a lame designer, without asking me about the reasons behind my decisions. (Which was lack of time, API limits etc,...), He judged me to be "inactive" and "a professional bystander" because I didn't fight enough for my design being developed the best way, He kept judging me into being a scaredy cat for collaborating with the developers too much, and I had to explain to him why, after each of his judgements. (He never once asked "WHY?!") He just kept judging me and judging me, and using my words against me. Telling me that I'm lying about the things I say I did. Even though I wasn't applying for Management or supervisor level, I was asked about the quality of my management skills countless times. I responded with honesty, saying even though I had managed people before, I think I need to be more experienced and need to educate myself on the techniques and theories a bit more, like reading a couple more books. He just looked at me with a huge disappointment on his face and told me its interesting for him that I'm telling him my flaws so honestly, even though I could easily Lie about them. (WHAT?!) Even though I'm a UX Designer, He asked me to send him a final UI of some projects. I told him if he wanted a design process documentation of a project with all the details and reports, in which he said no. Never on any other interview, I was judged so poorly and badly, and Never I was faced with such negative feedback when being honest about my flaws. Later I received some feedback from people in the company, They were like: "Oh yeah, we all lied on our interviews, we altered our resumes, we altered our previous salaries and we got a job, its normal." As a result, I felt so poorly about the company, because I realized I could just keep lying about the things I don't know, and get a job offer. Overall, Interview was easy for me, I answered all of the questions with confidence. But, I had an interview that kept making me regret being honest with my flaws.
