Someone from Human Resources contacted me to schedule a phone interview. There were three managers in phone interview asking mostly about my resume and previous work as well as behavioral questions.

Very smooth process with friendly management team. They made the whole experience pretty stress free. I was mostly asked about my previous work experiences, efficiency in TIA Portal and what areas of business I would see myself in.

Describe a dangerous situation you experienced onsite and what was your reaction.
Alles ging zeer vlot. HR persoon was goed op de hoogte en kon snel alle vragen beantwoorden.
Eerste interview telefonisch met HR, daarna ter plaatse met HR en leidinggevende + bezoek test centrum. Kort daarna voorstel gekregen.
3 interviews. One with HR. One with Hiring manager. One with hiring managers team. The entire process can take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on how quickly everyone’s available.
