First round will be screening followed by Technical round. Technical round mainly consist of few Infra related technical questions along with change management, problem management type questions. A person should know ITIL framework.

A recruiter sent email and then I applied and called the recruiter. He then reviewed the cv and forwarded to the client. Recruiter scheduled the interview with the client as first round. After the client again conducted interview with the user (their client).
