The first round 5 question Hirevue was quite straightforward, with simple behavioral interview questions such as "Tell me about yourself." and "Why did you decide you want a career in consulting?" Two of the other questions included "Tell me a time you held a leadership position?" and "Name a time a team member did not carry their weight, and how did you handle it?"

The most important question was probably "Why consulting?"
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
