I felt the process was very fair and it was rewarding to meet various professionals at the firm. The interviews consisted of behavioral and case components of various difficulty. The firm is very competitive.
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
