Initially interviewed for actuarial practice in Chicago, but was transferred to the DC office for the Federal Analyst Summer Scholar position at my request. First round was a standard 30 minute behavioral phone interview. 2nd round was onsite, 1 case, 1 behavioral. Neither were particularly challenging. Large number of extremely qualified applicants makes getting an offer, particularly in the DC office, rather challenging. Everyone is extremely friendly so don't be afraid to reach out to anyone.
