I asked my professor about the Deloitte office in Fresno, CA. He called someone at their office on Tuesday morning. Within 30 minutes they emailed me asking me to meet them for coffee that Saturday. I was offered the job at that interview.
I don't think this is a normal experience, I have a GPA of 3.95 and they were very impressed. Also, a professor referral goes a long way, and he was an amazing professor.

It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.

5 rounds of interview - 1 HR, 2 technical, 1 Versant (english understanding and communication) & 1 Partner. Partner round can be technical or general depending upon your partner. Questions can range from "why audit" to core accounting and auditing questions

the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
