Initial online application then an App based assessment called "Cosmo Cadet". Relatively straight forward psychometric testing
Numerical, Verbal and Behavioural tests all relatively easy
Invited to fast track interview in office which combined two interviews in one day
First was a Case study interview with manager about a retail business, have to talk about risks the company faces and ways it can improve e.g. going online, moving HQ, new product range. Try bring in real world examples.
Next a personal interview with a partner about a project you have done in the past
After that you wait for a call back for second interview, can take a few hours.
Second interview involved a presentation to a partner, which you are given before and have ample time to prepare for.

Entrevista
The hiring process involved an initial phone screen, case study, and 1:1 interview.
The first interview will generally be a phone screen with a member of the Recruitment team.
This is generally followed by interviews with the service line you are applying for. The number of interviews varies from service line to service line
The final stage will be a more in-depth interview and discussion regarding your technical and motivational fit for the role, team, and firm. This will be with a Partner from the service line you may be joining.

Entrevista
Invite to the Glasgow office, read a case study for 30 minutes, get asked questions on it, then some motivation questions, and describe a project experience in great details. That was the first round interview. I got passed. But a little bit annoyed, I was confirmed a fast track day where i will know the result of my first round interview after lunch and would be invited to the final round straight away in the afternoon. But they then cancelled mine.
