Entrevista
I applied for an Experienced Hire position via Deloitte’s web site. I received an email back the next day saying the liked my CV and could we arrange a first round telephone interview. An interview was arranged for the following Tuesday at 10am.
Tuesday came and no one from Deloitte called.
I emailed HR back and told them that they had not called me to carry out my first round interview.
No one responded to my email!
I called HR and asked to speak to the HR person who was meant to call me. I was transferred to the HR consultants voice mail so I left a message and asked them to respond to my email or give me a call back.
No one called or emailed me back!
I wrote a letter to them explaining how I thought the whole episode was most unprofessional and not the type of example Deloitte should be setting.
No one replied to my letter!
The whole process was a complete waste of my time and even if they do get back in contact to reschedule the interview I would decline.

I applied online sever times(Copenhagen, Capital Region) for the job directly related to my previous experience (8+ years) and was ready to negotiate the lower positions. However, I have never been invited to any interview and have received any feedback.

Three Rounds
1. Round 1 - Hr interview to gather information on candidate
2. Round 2 - Technical interview with the person who worked on the same position
3. Round 3 - In person interview with a Manager, Sr. Manager, and a Partner
Round 1 was a easy interview with questions relating to experience
Round 2 was intensive interview with specific questions on tools used and understanding of overall architecture
Round 3 was an in-person interview at Chicago with three different people focusing on tools, case study and behavioral situations

Entrevista
1. HR Phone Screen: In the first round, a recruiter contacted via phone for a ~30minute conversation to better understand my background, career aspirations, and salary expectation. This was more of a conversation than structured interview
2. Skills Phone Screen: In the second round, a Sr Manager from the specific service line that I was applying to contacted me to via phone to conduct a 45minutes skills interview to better understand my specific knowledge, skills, and industry experience as it relates to that particular service line
3. In person Interview: In the third round, I was invited to Deloitte office for in person interviews. I had three 45minute interviews back to back. I was interviewed by a Principal/Director, Sr Manager, and a Manager. Each interview had a different focus – the first one was focused on general consulting experience, size and complexity of prior projects, etc… The second one was focused on specific project delivery experience. The third one was more of a peer level conversation to help me get a better picture of a day-in-the-life of a consulting manager.
4. I received a verbal offer within 48hrs of my in-person interviews
5. A written offer was given to me 4 days after the verbal offer. I was given 4 days to respond to the written offer.
