The interview process was conducted over a Zoom call with a large group of candidates. It began with an introductory group session, after which candidates were split into two smaller groups.
Group 1 had one-on-one interviews with managers from their respective service lines, while Group 2 participated in a group problem-solving activity. The activity seemed to favour those who spoke the loudest or took the lead in the discussion. Afterward, the groups swapped — Group 2 had their interviews with managers while Group 1 did the problem-solving task.
The session concluded with a Q&A panel featuring graduates and analysts (primarily from Audit), which was less relevant to me since I was interviewing for Tax.
