Highly dependent on the person you meet - i would say it's pretty inconsistent. I was reached out to by HR from linkedin and then I had a fast track case study and final round interview due to them knowing i had a competing offer.

3 rounds of interview process, 1st techincal, 2nd manager then HR round.
Friendly interviewer.
It was mostly based on the knowledge. Also there was small task also to be shared.

After I applied, got an interview request to meet with the Partner, Director and Recruiting Manager. Later got a call from HR saying that I got selected, and received the offer letter by e-mail.
