It doesn't seem like they have a legitimate process in hiring. 2 Stages in the span of 3 months and they weren't really intentional with the technology and the experience of selling the software. It seemed like they were just looking for someone to fill a seat and openly admitted they have high attrition. Really disingenuous with the process while offering the lowest salary possible. They're looking for people they can manipulate into working long hours as they asked about my education and personal life.

Mainly asked about your selling experience and how you went above and beyond for your previous companies.

3 Rounds
first round with hiring manager - quite basic, behavioral/fit intended questions
second sales case/exercise with 2 account execs + some behavioral questions (probably toughest)
Third Round - final interview with the senior manager, can be pushy

rejected after recruiter round. The recruiter round was mainly about interest in the company and why sales. Only one behavioral question was asked. I thought I did well but apparently not because I didn't make it past the first round. It's such a shame because I am a big fan of their product and when they asked what their company does, I talked for so long because there was so much to talk about
The interview was very casual and informative. They offer a packet to study from, however, during the actual interview, only around 5% information on the packet was probably relevant. Basic interview questions under STAR format.
