Initial Screening: A preliminary call with the recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. Technical Discussion: A second-stage interview with a Senior Data Engineer to assess technical knowledge and experience. Competency Assessment: Completion of a structured SQL test to evaluate problem-solving and technical proficiency. Final Panel Interview: A comprehensive panel interview focusing on both technical and competency-based questions

Overadvertised and under-responsive. Quite disappointing not to be treated properly even after a multitude of LinkedIn posts mentioning that they are allegedly hiring. A long way to treat candidates properly even during the offer period.
