Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and encouraged me to apply. I then had a screening interview via video chat with the same recruiter and was just asked about my background, skills, etc. I was then told within the week that I was moving on to the next round with the hiring manager who was also the manager for the team I’d be working on.
This was a similar interview but dove into more technical aspects. The manager was very friendly and was great at letting me know just what they were looking for and told me in what areas he thought I would be a great fit!
This round will vary from team to team but my next round was a panel interview with various members of the team, plus some people from a team I might be working with. This interview was tailored to what the team wanted to see from different applicants but for me it was a review of my past projects in relevant languages (but could be a lot more technical for other roles or teams). I went into depth into my projects and had a great chance to explain the technical aspects of each.
As part of this “round” of interviews, I also had a one on one with an employee from a different department. This one was behavioural with standard STAR questions. This was a great interview with a very positive atmosphere!
The last piece to this round of interviews is two cognitive tests. These were tricky but I was told the names of them beforehand and with some practice, I believe I did well on them. Would not recommend going into these assessments without knowing a bit about the structure of them.
It took about a week and a half to hear about the decision but my recruiter was fantastic at keeping me updated and letting me know where I stand! I believe it took longer with me as well since I was going to relocate and also have visa requirements (I can’t speak for the whole company, but they are willing to sponsor me and some other employees for H1-B!)
asked multiple leetcode mediums and incredibly rude upper management, asked me the same questions twice in two different places making the process take about 3.5 hours. They appear to be really unfriendly to new employees and management wants someone to step on to work there.

how long can we make you wait asking the same questions over and over
The interviewer was pretty friendly, the questions are for junior developer. There was firstly HR interview and then technical. They responded really quick after both the HR and the technical interview with the additional step further offer.
The interview process involves screening resumes, conducting technical and HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, followed by evaluation, feedback, and final selection or offer decision overall it was good.
