Applied through a placement scheme website, sent off a CV and cover letter (although I later found that usually applications go through DHL's student website and there are other requirements) and received an email a few weeks later informing me I had gained a 10 minute telephone interview. The phone interview itself actually only lasted 4 minutes (despite being given a 4 hour window during which to wait for the call), and consisted of only 4 questions. It seemed like the interviewer was disinterested and in a hurry, and there was no opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call.
