First submitted all the materials on the career portal, followed by an online assessment (logical, verbal, quantitative). Then, I was invited for a phone interview which lasted for 60 minutes. I was told there will be a 2-day interview at Bonn (the HQ) if I pass the phone interview. There will be individual and also group presentations on the final interview, and the result will come out on the last day of the final interview.
