I reach just the first level interview, it was only an introduction from both sides. As shared in the initial interview it is composed of 3 level interviews with the management of the department, the technical person, and the hiring managers.

Mostly non-technical questions. Few questions related to the IDOCs and web services. Also, there were questions related to some concrete organizational and management situations and the way how to approach in such a specific scenario.
