Absolutely horrible process. First the screening interview and then a follow up with one of the engineers. Second interview was supposed to last 30 minutes but the person kept talking 45 minutes after the interview was over. In the process they mentioned that some of the people work 12h+ per day but the salary they are offering is below average for the area they are hiring. They published that the role is remote but immediately asked if I will be willing to come to the office. After that second interview they cut off all communication. I tried following up twice but the person didn't bother to respond or to say they moved on with the process.
