The phone interview with the developer had a couple of interesting questions, I wouldn't say they were difficult per se. They asked a few questions about the pair programming assignments we worked on together, but they weren't difficult besides the fact that the pair programming assignments were not well thought out.

phone screen interview with HR and then home code test in language of your choice. the test was reviewed by two developers one of which had comments that were either not correct or made very little sense.
