All hiring that I know of at the firm is the result of personal referrals from existing staff. In my experience, all the new hires were all basically already known commodities and thus the hiring process was somewhat accelerated and simple. As a small firm, the process lacked the Byzantine, multi-step, multi-tiered process I have experienced at other firms.

Entrevista
I was first interviewed by two current employees, then by the CEO Nader himself, and then a round up with HR rep. Questions during the employee interview were straight forward; they gave lots of detailed feedback about the company and seemed like great people to work with. It was after my 5-10 minute interaction with Nader that I realized this would not be the company for me. I think sometimes people forget that while they are interviewing you, you are also interviewing them. His first impression let me know that he and I would not work out in the same space, but good luck to those who can tolerate his demeanor. I never received a call back from the company, nor did I reach back out to them. However, I was hired by my dream company the next week, so things happen for a reason! That's why I ultimately give this interaction a thumbs up, because seeing what I didn't want, helped me to realize what it was I do want in management and environment.
