I had phone interviews with several people before going to the offices in Massachusetts for a full day of in person meetings. Throughout the process, there were long gaps in communications and it was unclear how the people I was speaking with were connected to the position I was applying for.

Entrevista
The interview process was very intense but very informative. I met with 6 people over the course of 3 months and each interviewer provided interesting information about the role. Everyone was on time and polite. The hiring manager communicated through the whole process beautifully.

Entrevista
Communication was relatively prompt and quick. I received an invite for a video screener meeting with a member of the team about two weeks after I submitted my application. It was easy to know if you moved on to the next step. During the interview I was informed that I would be invited to do the performance task. The performance task was creating presenation materials based on sample content someone for the role could end up creating for teachers. About two weeks after I sent in the performance task, I was notified they decided to go with another candidate. Though I did not get the position, their process seemed streamlined enough to communicate next steps/no offer within an appropriate around of time.
