The interview was slow going. However after they got to know me there were a lot of questions. The recruiters were extremely interested in my work and said that Cummins has a long history of hiring people with my backgrounds. However after they decided they want to hire me they offered a low ammount.
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
