I was contacted by two recruiters for two separate positions via email within several days of applying onilne. As I am not located in California, we spoke via Google Hangouts. One interview was directly with a recruiter and the other was with a team member. I then moved on to a second round of interviews with the department head, also conducted via Google Hangout. Before withdrawing from the consideration process (for logistical reasons with my current position), the company had wanted to fly me out to San Francisco for a final interview.
